Lighthouse Alpha Privacy Notice

1. Information you provide

Lighthouse collects information you choose to provide, including:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and password hash.
• Lighthouse Client and company profile information.
• Project, task, note, finding, file, integration, and other workspace content.
• Messages, feedback, bug reports, and support requests you send.
• The Terms and Privacy versions you accepted and the acceptance timestamp.

2. Technical and operational information

Lighthouse and its hosting infrastructure may generate technical records needed to operate and secure the service, such as request identifiers, timestamps, routes, response status, error details, session data, and security events. Infrastructure logs may also contain network or device information. Lighthouse does not add IP address or user-agent data to the legal acceptance record in this Alpha release.

3. How information is used

Lighthouse uses information to:

• Create and operate accounts and Lighthouse Client workspaces.
• Provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Alpha features.
• Authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions.
• Deliver requested integrations and account-related communications.
• Investigate abuse, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
• Understand feedback and prioritize product development.

4. How information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or deliver Lighthouse; to third-party services you direct Lighthouse to connect with; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or as part of a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

Lighthouse does not sell personal information or use workspace content for third-party targeted advertising.

5. Workspace administrators

The owner and authorized administrators of a Lighthouse Client workspace may access and manage account, membership, activity, and workspace information according to their permissions. If you use Lighthouse for an organization, that organization may control the content and account relationships in its workspace.

6. Retention and deletion

Lighthouse retains information while it is reasonably needed to operate the Alpha, secure the service, maintain accountability, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention is not a promise of permanent storage. Alpha data may be lost or deleted, and users should keep independent copies of important information.

Acceptance and audit records may be retained after account closure when reasonably necessary to document authorization, security, or legal compliance.

7. Security

Lighthouse uses reasonable technical and organizational measures for an Alpha service, but no system is completely secure. Do not store passwords, authentication secrets, regulated information, or other highly sensitive data in Lighthouse during Alpha.

8. Your choices and requests

You may update certain account and workspace information in Lighthouse. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information may be sent to feedback@lighthousepmt.com. A request may require identity and authority verification, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

9. Children

Lighthouse is not directed to children under 18, and Lighthouse does not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. United States operation

Lighthouse is operated from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to this Notice

Each published Notice has an immutable version identifier and effective date. Lighthouse will publish material changes as a new version. Future re-acceptance requirements will be introduced only through a separately approved workflow.
